Compliant with 【JIS Z 2275】. PBF type flat bending fatigue testing machine.

No foundation needed! The world's standard fatigue testing machine.

This is a lightweight and compact fatigue testing machine that complies with the JIS Z 2275 standard for plane bending fatigue testing of metal plates. Compared to conventional types, it has improved operability and functionality with a touch panel. It is mainly used for fatigue testing of metals, allowing for the investigation of the fatigue limit of materials. Additionally, by adding a 1/10 range (optional), it can also test thin materials, aluminum, plastics, and more. The PBF main unit is lightweight and compact, allowing tests to be conducted simply by placing the unit on a sturdy table, eliminating the need for a dedicated foundation. Furthermore, it operates electrically, so there is no need for auxiliary equipment such as hydraulic sources, making it relatively inexpensive to purchase. The noise level during testing is also relatively low, making it easy to find a suitable installation location.
